Organizing Resources for My People
Edward Partridge, as bishop, I’ve given you the responsibility to organize and care for the resources of My people. Share what’s been given to you fairly and according to My commandments.
A Principle of Stewardship
- Every person should receive what they need, based on their circumstances and needs.
- What they receive is theirs as a stewardship, but they must use it wisely and account for it to Me.
- This way, no one will go without, and everyone will be blessed.
Trust My Plan
If My people live by this law, they’ll be united and cared for. This is how My church must work: with fairness, love, and accountability.
Stay Humble and Faithful
Be faithful in your stewardships and honest with each other. If you’re obedient, I’ll pour out My blessings. If you’re not, what you have will be taken away.
A Time of Testing
Right now, I’m testing My people to see if they’re willing to live My law. Those who are faithful in small things will be given greater blessings in the future.
Move Forward in Faith
Edward, do your work with care. Trust Me to guide you. If My people are humble and obedient, this will be a time of peace, growth, and unity.
